Who we are

ZAYSEE helps people choose current real-world activities. The final controller legal name, registered address and privacy contact must be inserted before launch.

What we use

We process account details, consent records, voluntary preferences, the approximate location and context supplied for a request, recommendations shown, actions and feedback, security logs, and business contact data used for compliant outreach. We do not retain precise location history by default.

Why and lawful basis

We use account and request data to provide the service and take steps requested by you; consent for optional marketing, analytics and device location; legitimate interests for service security, product improvement and carefully controlled corporate outreach; and legal obligation where records must be retained.

AI and recommendations

AI may interpret a request and rank identifiers from a validated candidate list. Prices, addresses, dates, availability and booking links come from provider or database records, not invented AI output. Recommendations do not make legal or similarly significant decisions.

Sharing and international transfers

Data may be processed by approved hosting, database, AI, mapping, weather, email, analytics and error-monitoring suppliers. Only configured suppliers receive the minimum required data. Final processor and transfer-mechanism details require approval.

Retention

Request context is retained only where needed for account history and learning; precise coordinates are request-scoped. Suppression records and minimal security/deletion audit evidence may be kept after account deletion where necessary to honour opt-outs, prevent abuse or demonstrate compliance. Provider data follows its registered licence and retention rule.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, withdraw consent, and complain to the UK Information Commissioner. Authenticated export and deletion controls are implemented; final contact details must be added before launch.
