CLOSED-BETA DRAFT — owner and UK legal approval required before public launch

Terms of use

Last drafted: 27 August 2026.

The service

ZAYSEE provides a small set of current activity suggestions using verified provider and business data. Coverage varies and an empty result is preferable to an invented recommendation.

Your account

You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your account and use the service lawfully. Closed-beta access may be limited, suspended or withdrawn while the product is tested.

Third parties

Bookings, purchases, travel, venues and events are supplied by third parties under their own terms. Check price, accessibility, opening hours, availability and suitability with the provider before acting.

Recommendations and AI

Recommendations are informational, not professional advice or a guarantee. AI can rank validated candidates and explain a match but is not the source of factual operational fields.

Sponsored and affiliate content

Paid placement or affiliate links, if introduced, will be clearly labelled and will not be presented as an undisclosed organic recommendation. None is enabled for the closed-beta foundation.

Acceptable use

Do not attack, scrape, reverse engineer, overload or misuse the service; submit unlawful content; impersonate others; or attempt to access another person’s data.

Availability and liability

The beta may contain defects or be interrupted. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Final consumer-rights, liability, governing-law and contracting-entity wording requires UK legal approval.

Ending use

You may stop using ZAYSEE and use the authenticated deletion pathway. Some minimal records may be retained as explained in the Privacy Notice.
